Bev Direct is all about giving our customers good prices, hassle-free ordering and great service.

The buying of beverage supplies is no doubt only part of your role. You want it to be easy as it can be and have the confidence that you’re getting a fair price. You want stock and deliveries when you need them – and someone to sort out problems if they arise.
We want doing business with us to be trouble-free. We are of course committed to excellent service, good pricing, fast delivery and the ethical sourcing of products – but then many others say that too.

So what makes us different?

The Bev Direct difference

Choice.

We all like to try new things – and that includes our customers – and so we’ve started to look at creating mixed packs of teas and coffees.

They’ll give you a taster of different blends and flavours that you may not have considered, and without the upfront commitment of buying them in bulk. It means you can give your customers the chance to try something that little bit different – and keep them coming back to you.

We are only just starting to create these packs and we’ll look to see what our customers think of them. We’ve themed the packs from Bev’s Coffee Connoisseur for the discerning coffee drinker to Bev’s Everyday pack - straight forward everyday drinks.

Flexibility.

We offer Kenco Singles in small quantities – so if you’re trying out a new blend or flavour, you don’t have to commit to large quantities. Ideal for testing – and ideal if you just don’t need large numbers.

Quality reassurance.

We stock premium quality products such as Arabica coffee and Robusta coffee and sell the well-known brands and our own in-house brand; Caffe Praego. We’re also keen to develop new products: new flavours, new blends – all backed up by our commitment to quality and ethical sourcing.

This means there’s always something for everyone – with the surety you’ll get the best coffee, tea or hot chocolate for your money.

A ‘can-do now’ attitude.

When you are up against it, you need to know you have someone on your side, doing what they can to get what you need and when you need it. And that’s why our team – with its dozens of years’ experience in old-fashioned good customer service – delight our customers time and time again.

Community.

Chatting over a coffee, relaxing with a tea – it’s about developing friendships, solving problems and sorting issues.

A sense of community is important to our business. From the ethical sourcing of Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance Certified products, to the recruitment and development of staff we believe in the strength of having an awareness of the environment around us.
