Got a question?Delivery

Q: Where do we deliver to?

A: We deliver throughout the United Kingdom including the UK Highlands and Islands. Orders from elsewhere are accepted at our discretion.

Q: How much is the delivery charge?

A: Deliveries to the UK Mainland (next day service) are charged at £9.50 + VAT for orders up to £100.00 excl VAT. Orders above £100 excl VAT are delivered free of charge.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands (2 day service) are charged at £18.00 + VAT per order.

Deliveries to the Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland (2 day service) are charged at £22.00 + VAT per order.

Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Anglessey and the Channel Islands (2 day service) are charged at £33.00 + VAT per order.

Q: Who delivers my order?

A:We use Interlink Express for the majority of our deliveries. For deliveries local to our depot we may use our own transport. Dependent on size and value, a signature will normally be required so please give an address where this can be obtained.

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: All UK Mainland deliveries are despatched on the Next Day service, which applies only to weekdays. Deliveries to the UK Highlands & Islands are delivered on the 2 Day service.

 

Prices and Payment

Q: Do prices include VAT?

A: VAT is charged on all vatable products and on delivery charges. Many food products are not vatable. If VAT is charged this is clearly stated by product prices.

Q: What credit cards do you accept payment from?

payment is accepted from Paypal, Visa and MastercardA: We accept payment by the following credit cards: Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you immediately. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery as a result of such refusal.

 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Orders cancelled before 3 pm on the day of despatch will be refunded in full minus a 5% payment/refund processing charge.

Q: My order is damaged - can I have a replacement or refund?

A: Whilst every effort is made to describe the goods as accurately as possible we understand that sometimes 'it is not what you thought it was'. In these circumstances a refund will be made on all returned ‘sealed’ goods that are within 2 months of their Best Before date, providing we are notified of the problem within 24 hours of delivery and the products are returned to us within 7days. We will deduct a 20% re-stocking fee and our carriage cost from the total refund amount. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the carriage of the goods being returned and we recommend that a certificate of posting is obtained from the carrier. Goods that are returned to us within 7 days of delivery and we consider to be faulty will be replaced or refunded in full.

For all returns we strongly advise that you get a certificate of posting from your post office so that you can claim compensation from Royal Mail should the parcel not reach us.

Q: How do you store information about me?

A:

  • Our site uses cookies which is a technology that allows us to store information about you and your purchases as you progress through the transaction process. The website also remembers you when you visit us again to save you re-entering your details again.
  • We use your IP address (computer address) to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.
  • We collect your contact information to process and send orders to you.
  • Our site's registration form requires you to give us contact information like your name and email address. We use customer contact information from the registration form to send you information about our products if you choose to subscribe to our email subscription list. You can unsubscribe from this email list at any time.

Q: Are my credit card details safe?

We accept secure card payment via Sage PayA: This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. Your credit card details are handled solely by SAGE Pay secure gateway which means we does not see your credit card details at all. This site is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.

Q: How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from your mailing list?

A: You can subscribe or unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.

Purchasing

Q: Do I have to bulk buy?

A: No you don't but if you do order in bulk and your order comes to more than £100 excl VAT then you qualify for free delivery. If an order is below the value of £100 excl VAT we charge for delivery.

Q: Can I pick which flavours can make up my mixed box?

A: No - currently we pick the choice of flavours that make up the range of mixed boxes. Based on our knowledge of what our customers like there are 5 delicious options to choose from -
