Our Inzozi mountain blend coffee contains 50% of the best grade A Fairtrade Arabica Bourbon beans sourced from "cup of excellence winner" Ingoboka Co-operative. The farm is located by the shores of Lake Kivu, close to the Virunga mountain ranges in North West Rwanda.
Added to the Ingoboka is 30% grade A Arabica from surrounding Rwandan Co-operatives, with a final 20% of premium quality Robusta to balance the blend.
Inzozi means "Dream" in Rwanda, where their coffee trees grow on rich volcanic soil nourished by mountain streams and African sunshine.
This blend gives a silky yet creamy body, along with delicate floral notes, a balanced acidity and sweetness of caramelised fruits in the rich after taste - delivering a perfect "connoisseurs dream".

Absolutely delighted with my recent purchase of the Inzozi coffee beans. I normally buy the Lake Kivu Blend Coffee Beans but decided to try something new and was truly rewarded by a very smooth and mellow cup of espresso coffee with hints of cocoa and vanilla beans. Highly recommended for all espresso connoisseurs!
